Pre - Swarm Level Soloing

These levels are really unsupportive of killing in mass through your own abilities, that is to say, without actually having higher level help such as a powerleveler. The general thoughts here are to run a tank mercenary for the lower levels because how tough they are scaled relative to content. This is particularly noticable as a gold member with a Journeyman level mercenary. You won't get your first of the swarm tools until you hit level 50, and obtain Ward of the Divine as your first defensive proc.

 

What are my options?

Unless you are a brand new or long gone returning player, you will likely be able to plow through the low levels fairly quickly even by yourself. I wouldn't refuse a group invite either, as often other members could have a higher level support character outside of the group, as well as its a good time as any to start building a base of friends and such. As much as I enjoy the solo aspect, I do like to raid and complete progression tasks that are not very cleric solo friendly. This will really be down to your own interests for the level ranges. Even if you hate the low end game and want to progress quickly, it will take a few days at most even without help. Of course if you like the content of these levels, you can drag it out longer, and really get some exploring done.


These are the levels where you will be mainly undead focused. Set up your undead nukes, and some dots too. If you can get your hands on a lifetap, or destroy undead proc weapon, you can speed things up a bit by targeting those undead zones.
